SeeCMS is a content management system made for two reasons.

(1) To make the day to day management of a website as easy for the administrator as it possibly can be. Not everyone who manages a website is good at the technical stuff, and we appreciate that. You might be a comms manager, or a business owner.

(2) To give the site developers a solid foundation to make the website, giving flexibility and control to make it how you want it.

If you're a website owner, this isn't really a tool to setup your own website without some technical knowledge, it's a tool your web developers use to create your website framework for you to manage.
